Product FAQs

Do you sell Pantone products directly on this site?

No. Pantone South Africa is a knowledge and discovery resource. When you're ready to buy, we hand you off to our trusted eCommerce partner, Kear, for secure local checkout and fulfilment.

What is the Dualities Expansion Pack?

Dualities is an expansion of new colours included with the current Fashion, Home + Interiors products, giving you the latest additions to the FHI colour system.

What's included in a Pantone Connect bundle?

The Connect bundles pair a physical guide (Formula Guide or Color Bridge) with a Pantone Connect licence, so you get the printed reference plus cloud colour libraries and digital tools.

How often should Pantone guides be replaced?

Pantone recommends replacing guides roughly every 12–18 months. Ink and paper fade with light and handling, so an old guide can no longer be trusted as an accurate reference.
